Harish Kumar is the Founding Partner at HSR Law Firm. His areas of specialization include Civil & Criminal Litigation, Writs, Arbitration, Consumer disputes, Matrimonial disputes, Labour & Service matters. Dealing with and obtaining various landmark judgments favoring his clients, Harish has worked for top corporate companies in M&A and Joint Venture transactions, as well as providing general corporate advisory services. He has also dealt with proceedings under the SARFAESI Act and proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT. He possesses extensive experience before the Madras High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
